Nokia D1C with Android Nougat Appears on Geekbench

Rumors for a Nokia comeback have been quite stale in the past couple of weeks. However, a new Geekbench test has suggested that the Finland-based OEM might be returning to the ever-growing smartphone market sooner than everyone perceived. Several test results show a handset titled “Nokia D1C” is in the works and according to the details, will be launching in the budget segment.For starters, the device runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 430 carrying the model number MSM8937. The SoC will sport a total of eight cores clocked at 1.40 GHz based on the ARM Cortex-A53 architecture. Additionally, the phone will be backed up by 3GB of RAM and feature Google’s latest Android Nougat 7.0. The single-core Geekbench score is marked at 682 and for multi-core, 2745. In comparison, Xiaomi’s 3S Prime which is powered by the same processor has been rated at around 627 in the single-core Geekbench test. Clinton wins Grubhub presidential “debate” as diners cast votes with special discount codes

The hungry have voted, and they’re with Hillary Clinton having won the first US presidential debate this week. That’s according to an innovative promotion by food delivery service Grubhub that gave people discounts for sharing who they felt won.Those placing orders on Monday night were invited to share “Which side do you crave?” using ImWithHer or ImWithHim codes along with their order, to indicated if they felt Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump had won. Those that did were rewarded with at 5% discount:The results are in, and Clinton won by a huge margin, 82% to 18%. She also won by a big margin in the state-by-state basis.
