Report: Connected TV impressions have grown 106 percent since 2016

For decades marketers have dreamed of “addressable TV,” with ads that could be customized or targeted to specific groups. While there were some limited experiments with conventional cable TV over the years, the addressable era is now upon us with Connected TV (CTV) and OTT video.The audience for video content is larger than ever but it’s more fragmented, across multiple devices and platforms. Amazon’s new ‘Storefronts’ gives SMBs a dedicated channel to sell

Amazon has launched Storefronts as a new section of the e-commerce platform dedicated exclusively to U.S. SMBs featuring more than 1 million products from 20,000 U.S. SMBs organized across 25 different product segments.The company is kicking off the launch of Storefronts with a national TV campaign showing its support for SMB owners.With more than half of the products sold on Amazon from SMBs, the move demonstrates the company’s for fostering a robust pool of SMB merchants.Amazon on Monday announced Storefronts, a new section of its website that will feature more than a million products from over 20,000 U.S. small and medium-sized businesses. Google debuts Shoppable Image ads, video in Shopping Showcase ads
